Newfoundland and Labrador Crime Stoppers joins its counterparts around the world to celebrate Crime Stoppers Month. This year’s theme, “Helping All Communities Stay Safe”, reflects the efforts of Crime Stoppers staff and volunteers to promote safety, empowerment and inclusion.
To recognize the important role of Crime Stoppers in our province, Newfoundland and Labrador Crime Stoppers will participate in flag raising events at Confederation Building and the town hall of Grand Falls Windsor throughout January. In addition to these events, Crime Stoppers Month will be celebrated virtually with messages highlighting the initiatives of our volunteers and partners shared on our social media platforms.
In these challenging times, Crime Stoppers will continue to provide residents of Newfoundland and Labrador with a trusted link to investigators for those who wish to report criminal and suspicious activity anonymously. We invite all of our supporters to celebrate Crime Stoppers month and its importance to the safety of our communities.
